Store Policy:
All items have been carefully checked, wrapped and sealed before shipping.

No refunds, returns and exchanges unless the wrong product has been delivered, a refund then will be issued and return should be made by 3days. Package delivered by courier and claimed to be lost will not be given a refund or an exchange (there is no way for us to check if you really got the items or not)

Reservation and fulfillment of order form means a commitment to buy, failure to pay for the item reserved will result to me not processing your next order until payment of the first one has been completed or product reserved will be given to someone else after one week of submitting an order form.
